Биография
Группа была образована в Дании в середине 1983 года хореографом Гленном Ван Дер Хоффом (Glenn Van Der Hoff) и вокалистом Стивом Де Гоеде (Steve De Goede). Их первые синглы "Get Up, Action" и "Go Go Yellow Screen" были заразительно танцевальны и хорошо продавались во всем мире. Дебютный альбом с одноименным названием "Digital Emotion" (1984) состоял всего из 6 композиций и был спродюсирован голландским тандемом Adam & Flesiner (Videokids, Monotones, l-Vira и Q-Matic).
Успех Digital Emotion был закреплен вышедшим год спустя альбомом "Outside In The Dark". Группа много гастролировала и приобрела всемирную известность благодаря не только своей музыке, но и потрясающему шоу.
К сожалению, после первых двух альбомов других не последовало, а издавались лишь синглы, представляющие из себя ремиксы на предшествующий материал. Изданный в 1991 году Best Of Digital Emotion есть не что иное, как бутлег, который включает в себя расширенные версии хитов, мегамиксы и B-сайды группы.
